Patricia Jones – President and CEO

Patricia Jones (MSW, BSW) is President and CEO of Calgary Homeless Foundation. Following 27-years with Catholic Family Service, Patricia is known for her reverence for anyone experiencing vulnerability and is known as a well-respected leader in the human service sector. Her passion sparks courageous conversations which often lead to innovative solutions that help people break the cycle of vulnerability.

Patricia’s background is in social work with a clinical specialty.  She has stewarded many innovative programs throughout her tenure including one of the first evidence based program in Canada serving teen fathers, and the use of technology to ensure counselling is coordinated amongst organizations and barrier free.  She is client focused and believes that effective collaboration is critical to ensuring effective and humane service.

 

Philippe Reicher – Vice President, Stakeholder Enagement

Philippe Reicher joined the Calgary Homeless Foundation as the VP of Stakeholder Relations in January 2021.

Philippe Reicher has worked in public affairs, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement in the private, not for profit and public sectors for over 25 years. He has led major engagement programs and campaigns in highly regulated and complex stakeholder environments with Trans Mountain Pipeline, Kinder Morgan Canada, Canadian Energy Pipeline Association and Enbridge Inc.

Philippe has been a strategic advisor to senior executives and helped manage complex internal and external reputational and branding issues resulting from corporate rebranding, mergers and acquisitions, operational failures and human resources related matters.

Philippe believes that one of the best ways to manage reputation and brand challenges is to create alignment between executive leadership and staff and to integrate communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement functions.

More recently, Philippe led the strategic communications function at the University of Calgary.

Philippe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology and a Master of Environmental Design in Regional Planning from the University of Calgary. He speaks English and French.
