Laura will be chatting about the key components to consider when trying to build a strong organizational culture and give some ideas on how to spark culture and connectivity in your group, particularly in a virtual environment. 

Laura Istead is the Executive Director of Two Wheel View, an organization that is a vehicle for change in the Calgary community. It is through her work at Two Wheel View for more than a decade that she has become passionate about building organizational cultures of connection, inspiration and fun and loves supporting other organizations on their culture journey. She spends her free time as a Brownie leader, creating small projects that aim to reduce social isolation for seniors, gardening and baking. Laura is proud to have been raised in a family where giving back and supporting others has been a part of the fabric of their lives for several generations.
