Two Wheel View

Laura spent much of her childhood moving with her family across Western Canada and central Europe, sparking an early love of adventure and exploration. One of her favourite cycling memories was when her Grade 5 class went on a week-long cycling expedition in the Swiss Alps, sleeping in a castle, a cave and a Swiss army bunker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Master of Arts in Environmental Education and Communications as well as Certificates in Public Relations, Social Media and Leadership from Mount Royal University and the University of Calgary. She is powered by creativity, storytelling, travel, community building and chocolate. Laura is proud to have been raised in a family where giving back and supporting others has been a part of the fabric of their lives for several generations. 

Laura  started at TWV in 2010 and continued her adventure becoming the Executive Director in July 2017.  It is through her work at Two Wheel View that she has become passionate about building community, organizational culture and people-centred leadership.
