The Rotary Club of Calgary West visited Kingdom Coffee on Friday, September 12, 2025. Owners Jesse and Steph Singleton shared their inspiring story, led a tour of their roastery, and highlighted how their business integrates charitable work into its mission. The visit was both informative and uplifting, offering members a unique look at how values-driven entrepreneurship can create meaningful community impact.

On Friday, September 12, 2025, President Chris Ritter, arranged for members of the Rotary Club of Calgary West to gather at Kingdom Coffee for a special visit filled with warmth, inspiration, and the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. From 10:00 am to 11:30 am, owners Jesse and Steph Singleton welcomed us into their café and roastery, sharing the journey behind their business and their passion for creating community through coffee.

The Singletons gave our group an insightful tour, walking us through the roasting process and the intentional choices they’ve made to prioritize quality and sustainability. They also spoke about how Kingdom Coffee grew from a vision rooted in faith and service to a thriving business that supports both local and global initiatives. Beyond serving coffee, Jesse and Steph have woven charitable work into the heart of their operations—giving back to communities in need and creating opportunities to make a positive impact.

Our members left not only with a deeper appreciation for the craft of coffee but also with admiration for the way Jesse and Steph live out their values through entrepreneurship. It was a meaningful reminder of the Rotary spirit—using business and fellowship as a vehicle for service and community building.
